Save The Beagles

Did you know that the largest commercial breeder of lab dogs in the world is located in WNY? Marshall BioResources (MBR) operates as a "fortress" in rural New York, an estimated 23,000 to 26,000 beagles are trapped inside its sheds, bred specifically to be "docile" victims for biomedical research and pesticide testing. These dogs are subjected to invasive procedures like having electrodes implanted or being forced to inhale toxic chemicals, before being shipped to labs worldwide.

It is time to end this cruelty on man's best friend. Join us to fight against animal testing.

March For The Animals

The March to Abolish Animal Testing is a high-visibility, 207-mile journey taking place from September 12 to 26, 2026. This 14-day trek begins in Albany and culminates at the gates of Marshall BioResources in North Rose, New York. Supporters can join for a single day, a weekend, or the entire two-week duration.

The march is designed to be a powerful "public witness" to the suffering of animals hidden in laboratories and breeding facilities, specifically targeting MBR as the next major facility to be shut down following the victories at Envigo and Ridglan Farms.

Vigil Against Animal Testing

Join us for a peaceful direct-action vigil at the residence of Scott Marshall, the owner of Marshall BioResources. We will stand as a "public witness" for the thousands of beagles, cats, and ferrets trapped within the MBR facility, demanding an end to the laboratory breeding pipeline and a transition to "science without suffering". Help us make the plight of these animals impossible to ignore.

Beagles From Ridglan At AAO

Meet the beagles from Ridglan Farms who are ready to be adopted. These survivors were born and bred inside a facility where they never once touched grass or felt the warmth of the sun until the day they were freed. Having spent their entire lives in confinement, many of these beagles are unsocialized, shy, and deeply frightened. They require extraordinary care and time to reach simple milestones like walking on a leash or learning how to play.
